Job Title: Network Operations Administrator

Reports to: Network Operations Manager

Department: Operations

Hours of Work: 09:00 - 17:30pm, Monday to Friday

The role of Network Operations Administrator is centred around administrative and data entry duties, and is integral in supporting our channel partners across the UK to administrate and service the telephony solutions connected via Zest4. The candidate is required to carry out a variety of data entry tasks to a high standard, using bespoke systems and portals. The candidate must be computer savvy, accurate and have an excellent eye for detail.

This position would suit a methodical and organised person who is looking for a varied role within a growing and exciting business. A background in administration and data entry would be desirable, but is not essential. The successful candidate will benefit from an excellent training and personal development plan, with the full support of the company's management.

Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Check and confirm connection details to ensure accuracy
  • Accurately enter order details onto networks systems and onto the Zest4 bespoke billing system
  • Perform standard and complex in-life changes to user accounts on billing system and other Zest4 systems
  • Stock fulfilment
  • Develop a good working knowledge of all products sold by Zest4
  • Liaise with Zest4 partners and customers via email and telephone
  • Liaising with different teams within the business to provide resolutions to partner and customer issues where required
  • Perform Customer and Partner service tasks and support this team
  • Work within other teams and on various projects where required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as training will be given. We require the candidate to have good organisational skills along with strong verbal and written skills. The candidate must also be confident on the telephone and must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Working Location & Environment

No special requirements. The Individual will be based at Zest4 offices at 50 Alderley Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 1NY, and will be required to work normal office hours 09.00am – 17.30pm Monday – Friday. Some out of hours work may be required occasionally.
